Bliss balls with 

coffee

Tools: high speed blender or food processor

Ingredients: 1 dl almonds

1 dl oats

12 pitted dates 

2 tbs raw cacao powder

1 tbs cold coffee

2 tbs coconut oil

1,5 dl shredded coconut for garnishing

Brew a cup of coffee or espresso and let cool, put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until you have a sticky consistency.

Form small balls in your hands and roll then on a plate with shredded coconut. 

Keep in the fridge for longer lasting.
