Green smoothie

Tools: high speed blender or mixer

Ingredients: 1/2 banana

1 green or golden kiwi

1/2 lemon (with flesh)

1/2 green apple

1/2 dl water/coconut water

Blend well until smooth consistency, serve with oats and blueberries for extra antioxidants and fibers.

Ingredients chia pudding: 3 tbs black chia seeds

2 dl oat or coconut milk

Stir with a fork until blended, leave in the fridge for 10 minutes and stir again. Leave for minimus three hours or over night.

Ingredients smoothie:

1/2 frozen banana

1 dl frozen raspberries or other red/forest berries

1 tbs acai powder

Blend until smooth and serve in a bowl together with the chia pudding. Top with granola (optional).

Autumn yogurt

Tools: knife, spoon

Ingredients: 1/2 red blood orange

2 dl planbased or greek yogurt

1/2 dl granola (from my e-book)

1 tbs peanut butter

1 tsp maple syrup

Slice the orange in bite size pieces, pour the yogurt into a bowl, garnish with granola and drizzle peanut butter and maple syrup for a sweet and nutty taste.
